 At first glance, Disempower seems to be a weaker version of Disenchant: rather than destroying your opponent's artifact or enchantment, it allows him or her to draw it again next turn and replay it. But try using Disempower in a Stasis deck to send your own Stasis away at the end of your opponent's turn. Now you can untap, then draw and replay Stasis in time to keep your opponent's cards out of commission.
