From The One Thousand Questions:
"Where would you hide an elephant? With other elephants."
This place is getting overrun with books--I must have thousands by now! I need to trade off some of them. But which? Don't sell the [INK BLOT HERE] Tome--useful directions in here. The name of that book is echoed in its path ranges, though some pages wander farther afield than others. The four most valuable books have distinctive bindings: enameled gold, carved bone, jeweled leather, and silvery metal. The silver book looks older than the book from Benalia. The Heretic's Diary is older than the book with the bone cover, but not as antique as the Poetics of Hanan--but then everything is older than the book with the bone cover (though the Benalish book is barely older!). The untitled book is much less elegant than the gold book or the silver -- they don't make them the way they used to! I love the way the leather of the Heretic's Diary smells. The enameled gold on the Poetics makes me certain it's the oldest book I have, but then I remember that the [INK BLOT HERE] Tome is still older. So, I ask myself, which should I let go of? Gold, bone, leather, or silver? The oldest, the most recent, or one of the other two? And by what name should I refer to the [INK BLOT HERE] Tome?
